How often have you wanted to attend to a presentation? Indeed, you intended to go, but then, at the last minute, couldn’t make it. Or, you wanted to go but had a conflict with kids’ sports or other commitments. Adding salt to the wound, you hear from friends how great it was. We live in a world of quick communications, text messaging, acronyms and short-handed ways to express ourselves because everyone is so busy! This usually works, and especially so when people can receive emails on their fitness devices and stay glued to their phones.
